Children
age two to ten and their guests can enjoy a two-hour themed party in the Museum
hosted by the members of the Museum's Student Advisory Committee.
Your may bring your own cake, snacks,
drinks, cups, plates, silverware, and napkins.
Parties are limited to 10 children.
Parents and other adults are welcome to attend and supervise. Please plan for
1 adult for every 5 children at the party.
Parties
can be scheduled on Saturdays from September through May. Please check for summer
availability.
Party times are from 10:30 - 12:30
or 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Spaces fill up quickly so be sure to book your party in advance
so that you can be assured of your preferred date and time!
Fees: Members- $40, Non-Members, $50.
Basic
party rules:
1. Please plan to arrive a
few minutes early to greet your guests.
2. Remember
that adults are required to supervise children at all times.
3.
Please respect the Museum's policy of limiting the number of guests to 10 children.
4. Children should use their "inside manners
and inside voices" while in the Museum. I.e. no running, rough-housing, etc.
5.
Remind children to help return museum toys, etc. to their proper locations at
the end of the party.
6. Most importantly, plan
to have lots of FUN!
